If purchasing from within the US, orders take generally 3-4 business days to ship. We process orders within 1-2 business days, so all told you can usually expect to receive your item within 4-5 business day. International orders can take upwards of 2-3 weeks depending on location and any issues with customs.

The ingredients in our products can sustain any heat mother nature can dish out. Simply let your product sit out in room temperature conditions for a few hours and everything will harden back up. If you’re in a hurry, throw it in the fridge for 20 minutes. If you do, make sure the lids on so you don’t get any water particles trapped inside as it cools.

Yes! That's totally fine. 

The ingredients in our products can sustain the freezing temperatures of winter just fine. Simply let your product sit out in room temperature conditions until completely thawed and you're good to go.

If you’re item is damaged or otherwise deffective we’ll accept your return for up to 30 days from date of purchase. Please ship the item back to us using the address in the footer of our website, along with your name and order information (ideally include the invoice we sent with your order). We’ll refund your order minus total shipping costs once we receive your item(s).

Unfortunately, no. Unlike many other beard companies, we offer small sample testers for sale on our shop to avoid this very issue. Once you open the item we can no longer resell it, so all sales are final once used.
